1. Who we are

Top Webstak is a trade name of Adi Phone Communications (the "Company", "we"). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information in connection with the "Leads to WhatsApp" service and the website leads.adi-phone.co.il. It is drafted in line with Amendment 13 to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

2. Types of information we collect

• Information you provided to us: name, email, phone, inquiry content, company details, and any information you choose to provide in forms or service requests.
• Technical and usage information: IP address (in some cases), browser type and operating system, visit times, pages viewed, cookie/pixel identifiers; collected with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, subject to consent.
• Metadata and communications: service correspondence, responses to content, cookie preferences.

3. Sources of information

Information is received directly from you (forms/inquiries) and through automatic collection when using the website (cookies, pixels, server logs).

3a. Information received from Facebook and Instagram (Lead Ads)

With the authorization of the Facebook Page owner, the service connects to the Page's Lead Ads forms. When a person submits such a form, Meta notifies our server and we retrieve, through Meta's API, the details the person chose to submit (typically name, phone, email and form answers), the form and ad IDs and the submission time. The data is stored in a secure database and shown only to the business owner the lead belongs to. A WhatsApp notification (via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API) is sent to the business owner so they can follow up with the person. We do not use lead data for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, we do not sell it or share it with third parties, and we do not send automated messages to the people who submitted the forms. Use of Meta data is subject to Meta's Platform Terms.

4. Purposes of processing and legal basis

• Providing the service and responding to inquiries - performance of a contract/pre-contractual steps and legitimate business activity.
• Marketing communications and mailing - subject to consent; can be withdrawn at any time.
• Analytics and service improvement - subject to consent to non-essential cookies; legitimate interest in improving the website while minimizing privacy impact.
• Legal compliance - record keeping, security, risk management and fraud prevention.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies are always loaded; non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, functionality) are loaded only subject to your consent.

• Essential - basic functionality and security.
• Analytics - measuring and improving the user experience (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Marketing - ad personalization (e.g. Meta/Facebook Pixel).
• Functionality - user experience customizations.

You can block/delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. Information sharing and data processors

We use only the following providers: Neon (encrypted PostgreSQL database), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions) and Meta\'s WhatsApp Cloud API (sending the notification to the business owner). Measurement providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) operate only on the marketing website adi-phone.co.il, subject to consent, and not in the leads system. Information is disclosed to authorities only as required by law or court order. Before any information is disclosed to an authority, the legality of the request is reviewed and only the minimum necessary information is disclosed.

7. Transfers abroad and safeguards

Processing/storage may also take place outside Israel. We take customary safeguards and appropriate contractual arrangements with providers (such as terms of use, confidentiality undertakings and standard protection clauses under the relevant law).

8. Data retention

Lead details are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for reasonable business records, and no longer than 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days (see the data deletion page).

9. Information security

We implement reasonable security measures, including access controls, encryption in transit where possible, and monitoring. However, no security is absolute.

10. Your rights

• The right to review information about you in the database.
• The right to request correction/deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• The right to object to use for direct marketing and to be removed from mailing lists.
• The right to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time.

We will act in accordance with the law and within reasonable timeframes for your requests. For deletion requests see the data deletion page.

11. Minors

The service is not intended for minors under the age applicable under the applicable law without parent/guardian approval as required. If we learn that information was collected from a minor contrary to law, we will act to delete it.

12. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last update date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will take effect within a reasonable time from their publication on the website.
