1. About the service

Top Webstak is a trade name of Adi Phone Communications ("the Company", "we"), a business providing web building, SEO and digital systems. These terms apply to the use of the "Leads to WhatsApp" service, the website leads.adi-phone.co.il and the services provided through it.

2. Use of the website and services

The website and services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular results or achievements.

The client is responsible for providing lawful, accurate and up-to-date content, as well as all permissions, licenses and rights required to use the content, marks and materials it provides to us.

3. Use of lead data

Details submitted through the website forms or through Facebook and Instagram lead forms are used by us only to respond to the inquiry and to provide the service. We do not sell these details to third parties.

3a. Access to clients' lead data

To receive leads from a client's Facebook Page, the client (or the person managing the Page on its behalf) explicitly authorizes us to access the Page's lead forms, and may revoke that access at any time through its Facebook/Business settings or by contacting us. The client represents that it is an authorized admin of the Page and is responsible for showing a privacy notice on its lead forms and having a lawful basis to collect the details of people who submit them. We act as a data processor on the client's behalf: the leads belong to the client, are shown only to the client, and are used only to deliver the inquiry to it. On termination or request we will delete the client's data.

Each client receives a personal username and password for the client area at leads.adi-phone.co.il/client, where it can view only its own leads. The client is responsible for keeping its login details confidential.

4. Privacy

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the website, its design, its content and works originating from us are reserved to us or to the relevant rights holders, unless stated otherwise. These materials may not be copied, distributed or used without prior approval. Content provided by the client remains its property; the client grants us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, or for loss of revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from the use of the website or the services.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last update date appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the website or services after the change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms and the use of the website and services are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
